- EASY INSTALLATION - Perfect for a new or existing pool, just drill underneath top rails for the 2 Ā¼ā brackets. From the center bracket (for a 24ā round pool/cover), measure 10ft out to each side and mount the brackets. Then mount the intermediate brackets roughly 5ā from the center. Measurements will vary depending on your pool and cover size.
